We learnt all about the honey bee and all the good they do for our environment. We even got to taste some of the yummy honey they make from all different plants giving it different tastes. Then we made some Honey Bee attracting gardens to take home made from recycled old ice cream containers.
One of our local's has his own bee hives and he kindly brought along some items for the kids to have a look at and try on, he even brought along a smoker.
